Our story starts in 2006. As two young teachers, we started this passion project of ours called Everlasting. We were newly married so the process of choosing and working with our wedding professionals was very fresh in our minds.. From that experience came the birth of our vision: provide a premium level of service, quality, and care with the same heart and honesty that we’d hope for ourselves. To put it simply; treat our wedding couples as if we were the ones in their shoes.
We knew we wanted to have fun and be creative! We knew we wanted to make every couple feel special and valued! We knew that we loved getting to know people and establishing and fostering relationships! We also knew that we didn’t want to be cookie-cutter professionals who shoot every wedding the same exact way and made couples feel like just another ‘client’.
So 4 short years later, we left our teaching careers to dedicate ourselves entirely to just that; working with happy couples on the best day of their lives, creating unique, one-of-a-kind products and experience – The Everlasting Experience!
Our work is grounded in a genuine, intimate, and personal approach. From the quiet, organic moments to the bursts of laughter and joy, we’re here to capture it all. We don’t just blend in; we fit in—calming nerves, making guests feel comfortable, and bringing your vision to life.
We believe photography and videography is more than just freezing time—it’s about capturing emotions, creating bonds, and immortalizing the moments that matter most. INITIAL CONSULTATION
The process of becoming comfortable with us as your wedding professionals starts with our initial consultation via video chat. We take the time to understand you—your story, your vibe, your personality—because every individual is unique, and your photos and videos should reflect that. We discuss your vision for your wedding day and all the things that are unique to you.
We also share about ourselves and how our journey through life led us to where we are today. So much of what we do as Everlasting is based on our own personal wedding experience, and so we take that knowledge and try to give to our couples the opportunity to relish in their moments while we handle the flow and details of the wedding day.
Lastly, we discuss the wide array of services and products that we provide and the value they hold within the keepsakes of your family’s timeline. We review our custom investment options, payment plans, and all of the ways in which we assist you in affording the complete wedding experience that you deserve.
PLANNING
We guide you through the planning process and are always just a text or email away from offering helpful tips on what to look for and what to expect as you prepare for your wedding. Happy couples make for happy and genuine smiles- so we do everything we can along the way to get you to the place where you will feel completely comfortable and confident about your wedding day vision and the professionals that will help you make it a reality.
FINAL MEETING
The final piece of our preparation with you happens about 2 weeks before your wedding day. During our final meeting, we walk you through your wedding day timeline from the moment we arrive to the last shot we take. What items of sentimental value will you wear? Will you do a first look? Who will help you get ready? Every last detail is noted and planned for in advance so that you are able to relax and enjoy your day to the fullest. A list of family pictures is outlined so as to make sure that not a single shot is missed and that we are able to keep the flow of your day flawless. By the end of our final meeting, you’ll take a deep breath and feel confident in knowing that your wedding day is well organized and that your vision is just days away from becoming a reality.
THE WEDDING DAY…
Our goal is that you will feel so comfortable with us that you will think of us as just another set of guests at your wedding. We’ve been told many times that a sense of calm and confidence takes over the moment we arrive to begin capturing your day. Nothing is missed as we help keep the flow of your day flawless. We help calm your nerves, make your guests feel comfortable, and bring your vision to life. We are completely unobtrusive and will capture moments that you didn’t even realize we were there for. We are there to capture your organic moments, your bursts of laughter and joy, your authentic smiles. Lastly, we always make sure to get a selfie with the two of you at the end of the day!
AFTER THE WEDDING…
For us, being the holders of your wedding images and videos is a responsibility and privilege that we do not take lightly. For that reason, we meticulously handle and curate them, knowing that there is an immense value in every single one. These are your memories, your family’s keepsakes, and we hold them in the highest regard. We know that you’ll be anxious to see them, so we will give you some sneak peeks along the way as we work on completing your entire collection of memories. All images are color corrected and edited to perfection while videos are culled through and arranged into a collection of cinematic masterpieces that will transport you right back to those very special moments. You’ll have your very own webpage on our website highlighting your wedding day while your complete collection of images will be kept safely and displayed in an online viewing gallery, password-protected if you so choose. Your family and friends will have to opportunity to view your images conveniently from their own devices, but not before you are the first to see them! All images and videos will also be archived safely in our secure storage for 5 years.
